Barre - a quick session of micro movements to get your body shaking and burning. Barre creates long lean muscle through low impact pulsing.

HIIT - get ready to get your heart pumping and Go All Out with quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short active rest periods. This type of exercise burns fat in less time.

Yoga - finish with a slow flow to bring down and center your energy. Ending in total relaxation.
