  • What Operational Changes have been made in light of COVID-19?

    As we all adjust to our temporary new normal, Saint Kate continues to keep the health, safety and well-being of our guests and employees as our topmost priority. Consequently, some temporary changes have been made to the operational hours of our outlets, galleries and performance spaces. While we will continue to update to these changes as we monitor and analyze the developments and statements from local, national and international health agencies, and to comply with the directives, please understand that information is presently changing hour by hour.

    -In compliance with governmental agencies, and for the safety of the community, all hotel restaurants are temporarily closed until further notice. This includes Proof Pizza, Giggly, Aria, The Dark Room and the Bar. In-room dining will still be made available to our hotel guests.

    -The hotel fitness center will currently remain open for our guests, we have increased the frequency of cleaning high-traffic areas and have implemented regular sanitizing of high-touch areas.

    -Our art galleries and exhibitions will remain open with limited daily hours of 11 AM - 5 PM.

    -All events and performances and art tours have been canceled through the month of April. We will continue to update our events page as information becomes available.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at noon.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Guest room reservations can be cancelled without a penalty until up to 48 hours before your arrival date. After that time, a cancellation charge applies equal to one night's room rate plus tax. Please retain your cancellation number to avoid cancellation charges.

  • Is parking available at Saint Kate?

    Saint Kate offers a safe, reliable underground parking structure for our hotel guests. Valet parking is available for $35 per night while self-parking is allowed at $30 per night. Both options include in and out access.

  • Are refrigerators, cribs or rollaway beds available?

    Yes —these items are available upon request. Cribs are free of charge, roll away beds are $25 (limited number available), and all non-Canvas Artist guest rooms have a mini fridge in-room.

  • Is there a concierge service?

    Concierge service is available at 414-276-8686 X 2754. The concierge is located in the lobby of the hotel and will be happy to assist with special requests.

  • Does Saint Kate have a shuttle to and from the airport?

    Our hotel is near the Milwaukee airport and does not have a shuttle service, however, taxis are available 24 hours outside the lobby and airport connection shuttle service stops at the hotel.

  • Do you have high speed internet access in the guest rooms? If so, are there charges?

    Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all public areas and guest rooms for convenient email access and web surfing. Our entire free tier provides premium level internet speeds and is equipped with wired and wireless 500MB internet service—our HSIA service provider is Sonifi.

  • Is early check-in available?

    Early check-in may be available depending on room occupancy and will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. Early check-in is never guaranteed.

  • We will arrive before check-in, what is the provision for storing luggage?

    Your luggage will gladly be stored at no charge until your check-in.

  • Are there hairdryers in the guest rooms?

    Yes—hairdryers are available in each room.

  • Do you have room service and what are the hours?

    Yes—room service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • How will I support the arts by staying at Saint Kate?

    Sculpture Milwaukee is one of the world’s largest complimentary art exhibits including sculptures from different local, national and international artists. The exhibit is important to the community and to the betterment of Downtown Milwaukee, and as such, a fee equal to 1% of your room rate per night will be added to your folio upon checkout from the months of June - October when the exhibition is active.   • Do you allow pets at your hotel?

    Yes—Saint Kate is a pet-friendly hotel. We do welcome dogs only, and a maximum of up to two pets with a combined weight of 100 lbs. At Saint Kate, we offer dog treats, pet bowls and beds based on availability. There is a pet cleaning fee of $100 per stay. Our friendly Concierge can assist with arranging a third party dog walking or potty service if needed.

    Some things to remember when traveling with your animal to our pet-friendly hotel—Saint Kate does not allow pets to be left unattended in guest rooms and requires that they be on-leash at all times when travelling through public spaces. Please be courteous and clean up your pet's waste accordingly. Pets are not allowed in the Milwaukee Center Galleria and should always use the front entrance of the hotel.
