Hotel FAQ

  • What are the check in and check out times?

    Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check out is at noon.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Guest room reservations can be canceled without penalty until up to 48 hours before your arrival date. After that time, a cancellation charge applies equal to one night's room rate plus tax. Please retain your cancellation number to avoid cancellation charges.

  • Is parking available at Saint Kate?

    Saint Kate offers a safe, reliable underground parking structure for our hotel guests. Valet parking is available for $35 per night while self-parking is allowed at $30 per night. Both options include in and out access.

  • Are refrigerators, cribs or rollaway beds available?

    Yes--these items are available upon request. Cribs are free of charge, rollaway beds are $25 (limited number available), and ALL guest rooms have a mini fridge in-room.

  • Is there a concierge service?

    Concierge service is available at 414-276-8686. The concierge is located in the lobby of the hotel and will be happy to assist with special requests.

  • Does Saint Kate have a shuttle to and from the airport?

    Our hotel is near the Milwaukee airport and does not have a shuttle service, however, taxis are available 24 hours outside the lobby and airport connection shuttle service stops at the hotel.

  • Do you have high speed internet access in the guest rooms? If so, are there charges?

    Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all public areas and guest rooms for convenient email access and web surfing. For guests requiring large amounts of bandwidth access for activities such as streaming video, a fee of $4.95 will be applied and a username and password will be provided. Our property is equipped with wired and wireless 55MB internet service—our HSIA service provider is Ethostream.

  • Is early check-in available?

    Early check-in may be available depending on room occupancy and will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. Early check-in is never guaranteed.

  • We will arrive before check in, what is the provision for storing luggage?

    Your luggage will gladly be stored at no charge until your check-in.

  • Are there hairdryers in the guest rooms?

    Yes--hairdryers are available in each room.

  • Do you have room service and what are the hours?

    Yes—room service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • What is the Milwaukee Downtown, Inc. Sculpture Milwaukee City Fee?

    Sculpture Milwaukee is one of the world’s largest complimentary art exhibits including 21 sculptures from 20 different local, national and international artists. The exhibit is important to the community and to the betterment of Downtown Milwaukee, and as such, a fee equal to 1% of your room rate per night will be added to your folio upon checkout.

  • Do you allow pets at your hotel?

    Yes--Saint Kate is a pet-friendly hotel. There is a pet cleaning fee is $100 (which includes a monetary donation to the Elmbrook Humane Society in your honor). At Saint Kate, we offer dog treats, pet bowls and beds based on availability. Somethings to remember when traveling with your animal to our pet-friendly hotel-- please pick up after your pet's waste and dispose of it properly. Like other hotels that are pet-friendly, we recommend leaving a cell phone number with the front desk if you are leaving your pet in your room unsupervised.
