  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Standard check-in is at 3 PM with standard check-out being at noon.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Guest room reservations can be canceled without a penalty until up to 48 hours before your arrival date. After that time, a cancellation charge applies equal to one night's room rate plus tax. Please retain your cancellation number to avoid cancellation charges.

    You may modify your reservation.

  • Is parking available at Saint Kate?

    Saint Kate offers a safe, reliable underground paid parking structure for our hotel guests. Self-parking is available at $31/night (includes in & out access). Valet is also available for $25 for day parking and $43 for overnight parking.

  • Are refrigerators, cribs or rollaway beds available?

    Yes, these items are available upon request. Cribs are free of charge, roll away beds are $25 (limited number available), and all non-Canvas Artist guest rooms have a mini fridge in-room.

  • Is there a concierge service?

    Saint Kate does not currently have a concierge service. Our front desk staff will be happy to assist with any questions, concerns or special requests you may have during your stay.

  • Does Saint Kate have a shuttle to and from the airport?

    Our hotel is near Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport and does not have a shuttle service, however, taxis are available 24 hours outside the lobby and airport connection shuttle service stops at the hotel.

  • Do you have high speed internet access in the guest rooms? If so, are there charges?

    Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all public areas and guest rooms for convenient email access and web surfing. Our entire free tier provides premium level internet speeds and is equipped with wired and wireless 500MB internet service – our HSIA service provider is Sonifi.

  • Is early check-in available?

    Early check-in may be available depending on room occupancy and will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. Early check-in is never guaranteed.

  • We will arrive before check-in, what is the provision for storing luggage?

    Your luggage will gladly be stored at no charge until your check-in.

  • Are there hairdryers in the guest rooms?

    Yes, hairdryers are available in each room.

  • Are there dining options for hotel guests?

    Yes, guests can enjoy the following dining options at Saint Kate:

    In-Room Dining: 6:30-11 AM and 5-10 PM daily. (Dial 0 to order.)

    the Bar: 7 AM – midnight daily. Breakfast available daily from 7-11 AM and dinner available daily from 5-10 PM.

    Proof Pizza: 11 AM – 9 PM, Sunday through Thursday. 11 AM – midnight Friday & Saturday.

    ARIA: 5-9 PM daily.

    Giggly: 5-10 PM Sunday through Thursday. 3-11 PM Friday & Saturday. Also open for brunch 9 AM – 1 PM Saturdays & Sundays.

  • What is your policy on photography?

    All photo shoots (including but not limited to group or event photography), must be pre-approved and scheduled in advance with Saint Kate staff. A booking fee will apply, and must be paid prior to the photography session. The fee is determined by the group size and the spaces utilized; the fee starts at $150.

    Guests must agree to refrain from touching or moving any artwork or furniture, including any fixtures in the hotel.

  • How will I support the arts by staying at Saint Kate?

    Sculpture Milwaukee is one of the world’s largest complimentary art exhibits including sculptures from different local, national and international artists. The exhibit is important to the community and to the betterment of Downtown Milwaukee, and as such, a fee equal to 1% of your room rate per night will be added to your folio upon checkout from the months of June-October when the exhibition is active.   • Do you allow pets at your hotel?

    Yes, Saint Kate is a pet-friendly hotel, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Well-behaved dogs are always welcome. Other pets may be allowed with prior approval – please contact the hotel before booking your stay to discuss your options.

    At Saint Kate, we offer dog treats, dog bowls, and beds based on availability. There is a pet cleaning fee of $100 per stay. Our friendly staff can assist with arranging a third-party dog walking or potty service if needed.

    Some things to remember when traveling with your dog to our pet-friendly hotel – Saint Kate requires that dogs be on-leash at all times when traveling through public spaces. Please be courteous and clean up your dog's waste accordingly. Pets should not be left unattended in your room for long periods of time. When a pet is left unattended in your room, please hang the "Pet Inside" door hanger on your exterior door handle.

    Pets are not allowed in the Milwaukee Center Galleria and should always use the front entrance of the hotel. Please contact Guest Services for more information on bringing your furry companion to stay at Saint Kate.

  • Do you offer mobile tipping?

    For the convenience of our guests, mobile gratuities are accepted at Saint Kate. If you would like to show appreciation for any services throughout your stay with a gratuity for our staff, please start here.

  • Are gift cards for the hotel available?

    Yes! Gift cards can be purchased at marcusgiftcards.com.

  • Do you have a Rewards program?

    Yes. Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel is part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, and you can get the most out of your visit to Saint Kate when you become a Marcus Loyalty Rewards member and earn points that can be used at participating locations.
