Get ready for the busiest shopping weekend of the year! We’re looking for local makers and creators to join us as vendors for our 2026 Holiday Marketplace on Saturday, November 28th and Sunday, November 29th from 11:00am - 4:00pm at Saint Kate.
This is a premier opportunity to showcase your handcrafted work to a curated audience of locals and travelers seeking one-of-a-kind holiday gifts.

What is the timeline for the vendor application process?
Applications are open now through August 31st, 2026. Apply before midnight on July 31st to receive $25 off your vendor fee!
Accepted vendors will be notified mid-September.
Booth payments must be made by October 1st, 2026. If we have not received that payment your spot will be offered to a vendor that is on our waitlist.
How much does it cost to be a vendor?
This is dependent on the size booth you need. We offer three sizes:
- Regular-sized Booth: Includes one 6-foot table with a linen and two chairs ($200)
- Oversized Booth: Includes one 6-foot table with a linen and two chairs ($300) This booth is for you if you require 6ft-9ft of space. For example, you need an 8ft table, you have an additional rack/shelf/small table you are bringing in.
- Double-sized Booth: Includes two 6-foot tables with two linen and two chairs. ($400)
Please note that vendors are required to attend for both days (November 28th & 29th from 11:00am to 4:00pm) and the Vendor Fee is the total for both days and not per day.
When can vendors load in and out?
Load in can begin on Saturday, November 28th at 7:00am.
Vendors will be unable to use the front drive of our valet to load in. Hotel staff will not be available to transport items to and from your booth. We do have bell carts on property but there are a limited number and these are meant for guests. If you need a cart to transport your items please plan on bringing in your own. We will have secure storage for carts available for vendors.
Please load in from the attached garage. Parking is not included in your table fee. Cash is accepted but only when there is a cashier on duty, bring a card for parking payment.
Load out would occur at 4:00pm on Sunday, November 29th.
Where can vendors store their items?
Most vendors will be in spaces of Saint Kate that will be locked overnight. You are able to leave your belongings in those spaces. However, Saint Kate will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items that are left unattended.
Vendors that have their booths outside of those spaces will be able to move their items into lockable spaces overnight.
Can vendors stay at Saint Kate the weekend of the Holiday Marketplace?
We would love to host you for the weekend! Saint Kate offers discounted room rates for Marketplace vendors in a room block. The link to book your room will be sent with your vendor acceptance in mid-September.
