Just as the name literally translates to “air,” the dining room at Aria, the Saint Kate hotel’s second-floor, morning-to-night dining destination, has a warm energy that flows across the open dining room into Giggly, the adjacent champagne bar. Expansive windows offer views of the city from when it wakes to settles in for the evening. If Aria were a person, she’d be the colorfully dressed, art-collecting, book-loving aunt whose appetite leans toward simple, classic fare like steak and fries and mini lobster BLTs. Read more...
