Join us as a vendor for our 2025 Holiday Marketplace! This year's marketplace takes place Saturday, November 29th and Sunday, November 30th from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Showcase your crafts to the community and spread some holiday cheer. This free event showcases over 60 local artists and vendors, and is an ideal place for locals and tourists alike to find perfect gifts for friends and family.

Holiday Marketplace Vendor Information FAQ's

What is the timeline for the vendor application process?

We will begin accepting applications starting on June 2nd, 2025. **Apply on or before June 30th for $25 off the price of your booth**

Applications will close August 31, 2025.

Accepted vendors will be notified mid-September.

Booth payments must be made by October 1, 2025. If we have not received that payment your spot will be offered to a vendor that is on our waitlist.

How much does it cost to be a vendor?

This is dependent on the size booth you need. We offer three sizes:

  • A regular sized booth is $200 and includes one 6 foot table with a linen and two chairs.
  • If you are bringing in additional racks for an oversized space the fee is $300 and includes one 6 foot table and two chairs.
  • A double sized booth is $400 two 6 foot tables with a linen and two chairs.

Please note that vendors are required to attend for both days (11:00am to 4:00pm) and the fee is the total for both days and not per day.

When can we load in and out?

Load in can begin Saturday, November 29th at 7:00am.

Vendors will be unable to use the front drive of our valet to load in. Hotel staff will not be available to transport items to and from your booth. We do have bell carts on property but there are a limited number and these are meant for guests. If you need a cart to transport your items please plan on bringing in your own. We will have secure storage for carts available for vendors.

Please load in from the garage (parking instructions are attached). Parking is not included in your table fee. Cash is accepted but only when there is a cashier on duty, bring a card for payment.

Load out will occur at 4:00pm on Sunday, November 30th.

Where can we store our items?

Most vendors will be in spaces that will be locked overnight. You are able to leave your belongings in those spaces. Vendors that have their booths outside of those spaces will be able to move their items into lockable spaces overnight.

Saint Kate will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items that are left unattended.

Can we stay at Saint Kate that weekend?

We would love to host you for the weekend! Saint Kate offers discounted room rates for vendors in a room block. The link to book your room will be sent with your acceptance.

Not looking to be a vendor? We'd love for you to still join us at the 2025 Holiday Marketplace on Saturday, November 29th and Sunday, November 30th for the ultimate holiday gift shopping experience form over 60 local artists and vendors! This event is free to attend and no reservation is required.
