Saint Kate – The Art Hotel has welcomed The Studio Kitchen & Cocktails. The new concept blends bold flavors, handcrafted drinks, and a lively atmosphere that celebrates Milwaukee’s creative spirit.
Located in the heart of Milwaukee Theatre District and within walking distance of Fiserv Forum and the expanded Baird Center, Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel’s The Studio Kitchen & Cocktails is ideally positioned for pre-show meals, post-game celebrations, midweek happy hours, and weekend brunches. The concept also doubles as a destination for business meetings, special events, and social gatherings.
Designed as a welcoming space where dining feels both approachable and elevated, The Studio Kitchen & Cocktails offers an inventive menu featuring a range of dishes, from sushi and seasonal entrees to shareable plates. The vibe is casual yet refined, positioning it as Milwaukee’s go-to spot for everything from after-work happy hours to dinners. The space also incorporates The Dark Room, long regarded as one of the city’s most intimate private dining venues.
Experience a menu centered on fresh, authentic ingredients, from Mediterranean sea bass with rustic saffron and garlic-caper white wine sauce, to a bar program that bridges classic and modern tastes. The Staycation cocktail, featuring Hayman’s Old Tom Gin with basil, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, and lime, stands out among the offerings. Thoughtful non-alcoholic and THC-infused drinks, such as Grapefruit Paloma, Mango Guava, Lemon Lime, and Lemonade Iced Tea, are available.
“With a focus on community and creativity, The Studio Kitchen & Cocktails sets the stage for a new era of dining at Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel, ushering in the hotel’s next chapter of its culinary artistry,” says Dana Johnson, general manager, in a press release. “We’ve designed an experience offering the flavor-forward menu items guests have come to expect, exceptional service, and a vibe as bold as Milwaukee’s spirit.”
